∎ Master In Fine Arts from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having good understanding on printing concepts like aspect ratio, DPI, object compression and stretch varying with glass size.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Sound knowledge on Microsoft Office, Excel & Power point.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring glass printing quality as per master sample, should track periodic degradation of color from the master sample.
∎ Notifying all stakeholders on any aesthetic quality compromisation.
∎ Should have an understanding of color psychology.
∎ Able to explain changes in print color with respect to original design.
∎ Should suggest creative design for glass printing.
∎ Making decisions in different circumstances.
∎ Coordinating a team of more than 15 people, including 2 shift officers.
∎ Supervision of the QC team and co-operating with other QC executives.
∎ Analyzing visual defects and generating monthly reports.
∎ Doing graphic design for glass printing, and verifying and modifying designs Analyzing market feedback.
∎ Troubleshooting problems, analyzing root causes, and creating and executing action plans.
∎ Problem troubleshoot, root cause analysis, agenda wise action plan and execution.
