Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Graphic Designer is responsible for the coordination and production of all images needed for the organization’s advertising team.
∎ The right candidate will have experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining, educational, or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand “look and feel.”
∎ Branding:
∎ Create, enhance & properly organize all branding elements, colors, fonts etc. and ensure all aspects of the marketing deliverables & pipeline remain ON BRAND. This would include but not limited to online, offline, website, blog posts, banners, FB Ads, FB Posts, & collateral marketing pieces etc.
∎ Pre-determine dimension, file type, resolution etc of all marketing channels for the efficiency of deployment as well as organize & file all branding elements.
∎ Graphic Design Excellence & Desktop Publishing:
∎ Your artistry needs to extend beyond the typical logo maker. We are looking to level up our visual communication & need EXCELLENCE demonstrated in both online & offline publications. Candidate can demonstrate advanced design excellence.

∎ Qualifications
∎ Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
∎ Plans & creates compelling marketing concepts in accord with marketing strategy & in collaboration with marketing team.
∎ Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
∎ Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
∎ Is not only precise, accurate & pays attention to detail, but is also extremely fast & efficient as hell. Yes - we just said hell ;)
∎ Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
∎ Completes projects on time by coordinating with team members
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Able to contribute with ideas & brainstorming that impact the company's ability to attract and convert clients.
∎ Experience with basecamp is a plus!
∎ We will give priority to those with any Digital Marketer Certification & next to those who have at least 12 months experience working consistently on Facebook marketing.
∎ Knows how to make GIFs and simple video edits
∎ Experience with Adobe After Effect is a plus!
Salary: Negotiable
