∎ Knowledge of additional tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Sketch/Figma.
∎ Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
∎ Basic knowledge of web design or UX/UI principles.
∎ Illustration skills or hand-drawn design capabilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and produce various graphics for digital and print, including social media content, website graphics, marketing materials, and presentations.
∎ Assist with concept development, wireframing, and design iterations based on feedback.
∎ Maintain organized design files and asset libraries.
∎ Conduct basic image editing, color correction, and retouching.
∎ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
∎ Proficiency with graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
∎ A strong design portfolio showcasing creative work (academic or personal projects are acceptable).
∎ Basic understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing design needs.
∎ Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
