Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing marketing goals / Policies to ensure increasing market share and with scriming out Market of products and/or services
∎ To be skilled enough for developing and recommending pricing strategies for the organization which will result in acquiring targeted market share after considering Plans for the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets
∎ Should be capable enough to handle the entire sales team considering corporate goal congruence through solving problems to be emerged from the sales team members as well as market competitors.
∎ Evaluating market reactions and ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
∎ Capacity to perform any sort of tasks to be assigned by Top Management

∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
