∎ • Applicants should have experience in the Garments (Jackets), Group of Companies etc.
∎ • Should have knowledge in Sourcing, Development, Costing & Production, Shipment.
∎ • Only Males are allowed to apply.
∎ • US customer handling Experienced Candidates will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Wish to strengthen the Marketing & Merchandising team.
∎ Ready to take the challenges and necessary action to drive, motivation and hunger to make mark in this industries.
∎ Specialist in Merchandising of Out Wear Jackets & capable to handle order process independently.
∎ Prepare Marketing Plan and set business target of respective customers.
∎ Detailed preparations of critical path and materials requirements of an order.
∎ Must be capable of doing accurate costing and budgeting of style/order.
∎ Follow up and organize fabrics / accessories as per requirements and quality for smooth production Perform & Follow over all segments of as a team head (Development to Shipment)
∎ Ensure pre-costing is done, order confirmed and buyers' L/C is raised etc.
∎ To manage the merchandising team effectively to ensure that factories receive fabric and components on time according to production schedule to meet delivery on time.
∎ Prepare annual sales budget within parameters set by management and achieving sales and profit margin budgets accordingly and liaison with other dept. and suppliers to meet delivery dates while developing good customer relations
∎ Review profitability of styles, product categories, and reports on delivery performance, manufacturing capacity for season and identify any remedial actions immediately. Work closely with the planning manager with regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmation.
∎ All time tracking update to management about production to shipment as per buyer SOP.
∎ Takes responsibility for business development in new markets and manages relationship with key customers, Provides key inputs for the development of new products and markets
∎ Tracks and takes necessary steps to ensure the achievement of periodic order booking and delivery targets for the company as part of the overall financial targets on sales and profitability and operational targets related to capacity utilization of the factory.
∎ Focuses direct marketing initiatives on key international clients leveraging on existing relationships, building new ones and Customer relationship management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years

∎ Applicants should have experience in same leading position to handle customers individuality on Garments (Jackets), Group of Companies etc.
∎ Should have knowledge in Sourcing, Development, Costing & Production, Shipment.
