CA (CC), and ACCA will be given preference. Must be partly qualified for the mentioned expertise.

Lead & mentor the finance team fostering a culture of high performance accountability and continuous improvement .

1. Develop, implement, and monitor financial planning strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives

2. Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and opportunities, proving recommendations for improvement

3. Prepare financial forecasts budgets and variance analyses to support decision-making processes.

4. Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports including income statements , balance sheets , cashflow statements and other relevant financial metrics .

5. Ensure compliance with accounting principles , standards and regulations (eg.IAS, IFRS) as well as industry specific requirements

6. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior mgt and other stakeholders to support business planning and decision-making.

7. Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction revenue enhancement and overall business improvement.

8. Manage the budgeting process, including developing, monitoring and controlling annual budgets and forecasts.

9. Implement cost control measures to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency.

10. Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

11. Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to maintain high standards of financial integrity and transparency .

12. proven exp ( typically -12 years or more ) in a senior financial mgt role within the Food & Beverage or Hospital industry.

13. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

14. Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with a focus on driving business results and solving complex financial challenges.

15. Proficiency in financial software and ERP Systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
