Additional Requirements:
- Age 40 to 52 years

Minimum 7–8 years’ experience to the similar position.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead and develop large quality assurance teams across multiple production units.
Proficient in quality reporting tools, ERP/QMS platforms, and the MS Office suite.
Responsibilities & Context:
Capable for Garments Quality assurance for 120-150 line knit garments factory.
Develop, Communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company`s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
A strong knowledge of international Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards, along with inline and final inspection procedures and buyer compliance protocols, is essential.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring expected requirements.
Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization`s products.
Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
Conduct periodic management review meetings.
Lead the quality team to ensure quality responsibilities.
