Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities :
Improving patient care, coordinating patient flow, and keeping detailed records of services and equipment have to ensure Organizational safety and security with the utmost professionalism
Capable to run at least 3-4 Diagnostic Center as team Leader.
Maintain good relationships with In-house consultants.
Must have the ability to manage a total around 1000 of employees of different Branches.
Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility or services, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Implement systems to monitor and improve quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and best practices.
Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates
