Education:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Masters/ MBA major in marketing/B.Sc. Engineering in Textile or a closely related subject from any recognized university (Preferably from the business background).
Candidate having BBA & MBA with major in Marketing will add an advantage.

Minimum 20 years of overall experience in Marketing & Merchandising.
At least 5–8 years of experience in a General Manager (GM) role within Marketing & Merchandising.
Strong expertise in Marketing and Merchandising (Knit sector).
Prior experience in Lingerie marketing and merchandising will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are all kinds of knit composite company is looking for dynamic and experienced GM of Marketing & merchandising department for our garments division who has ordinary sense with present market trend, communication skill with good network with external buyers Garments manufacturing business.
Job Location: Narayangonj (Near Dhaka City, sign board area)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet the monthly target and creation of a new market for expanding.
Have to do overseas correspondence with excellence.
Supervise the marketing, merchandising, operation and planning team to achieve monthly and yearly target.
Ensure satisfaction & motivation with the service of the respective incumbent.
Develop and maintain excellent business relation with the buyers to serve their interest and requirement for smooth.
Meeting with marketing, Merchandising, Operation & Planning team on regular basis.
To efficiently plan and coordinate orders for timely shipment
