∎ Maintain strong communication skills with coworker's, customers & buyer on a regular basis.
∎ Responsible for resolve conflicts, as well as keep employees motivated and on-task.
∎ Handle multiple orders.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, develop, implement and direction of marketing and merchandising team for multiple accounts.
∎ Concrete and updated knowledge on material cost and consumption, production capacity and having technical knowledge to ensure direct sales and make wealth maximization.
∎ Develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales & develop new business.
∎ Use marketing and visual techniques to ensure customer attraction.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence in terms of garment fabrics, yarn, trims, and accessories.
∎ Ensure daily update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery and strong ability on Supply chain/backward linkage management.
∎ Ability to understand current market analysis or trends, customer focus, target market and buying psychology as well as have a strong understanding of the products.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned TNA on regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with the right quality and quantity.
∎ Follow up with the planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment moves on time.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
