• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 40 to 52 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 12–15 years’ experience in knitting (including 5 years in similar position).

• Strong knowledge of circular & flat knitting machines and fabric quality standards.

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

• Capable to handle the production for 200 plus circular knitting machine.

• Lead and manage knitting production operations to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Ensure fabric quality as per buyer standards and minimize defects.

• Supervise knitting teams (supervisors, operators, technicians) and ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor machine performance, ensure regular maintenance, and solve technical issues.

• Control yarn usage, reduce wastage, and optimize production cost.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and safety standards.

• Coordinate with merchandising, dyeing, and finishing departments for timely delivery.

• Continuously monitoring production progress, productivity levels, and efficiency metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Salary Review: Yearly
