∎ 15–18+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Commercial, or Accounting roles in manufacturing, export-based, or transformation-intensive industries.
∎ Strong knowledge of commercial banking, inventory valuation, and manufacturing costing.
∎ Proven experience leading ERP/financial systems implementation and driving automation.
∎ Excellent command of financial reporting, compliance, and data analysis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
∎ Provide strategic guidance and financial insight to the Managing Director and executive team for key decision-making.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
∎ Lead investment and capital planning aligned with business expansion, digitization, and cost-efficiency goals.
∎ Implement and monitor financial controls, policies, and procedures to support growth and governance.
∎ Manage all commercial functions including L/C management, export documentation, buyer payments, and trade finance.
∎ Optimize working capital through receivables, payables, and bank relationship management.
∎ Lead commercial risk assessment, credit control, and ensure seamless coordination with Merchandising, Shipping, and Production.
∎ Establish and oversee inventory control systems to ensure valuation accuracy, movement tracking, and waste minimization.
∎ Align inventory data with financial records and implement digitized inventory management tools.
∎ Monitor material costing and ensure margin visibility across styles and orders.
∎ Partner with production and supply chain to drive cost-efficiency and inventory discipline.
∎ Drive the transition from manual systems to digital finance and commercial processes.
∎ Lead ERP/accounting software implementation (e.g., Zoho Books or equivalent) and integrate real-time dashboards for visibility.
∎ Reduce paper dependency, automate reporting, and digitize inventory, finance, and commercial records.
∎ Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, audit standards, export compliance, and buyer reporting requirements.
∎ Manage external audits, banking due diligence, and ensure accuracy in documentation and statutory filings.
