Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com in Accounting or Finance / MBA with major in accounting Finance from any reputed university. FCA/ FCMA is must
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Finance/ Accounts
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and analysis Monthly Financial Statements for respective companies and submit to the Management.
∎ Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Financial Aspect.
∎ Supervise and assist all accounts personnel and their daily works so that, they able to perform their work smoothly.
∎ Monitoring the financial performance of the operation on the company's ERP/ Tally, analyze data, and prepare reports for the management and ERP Automation.
∎ Liaison time to time with the higher authority as well as the Management for taking any decision, change, rectification of the accounts of respective company.
∎ Prepare various types of financial report and submit to the higher authority as well as the Management and any other department of the company as required.
∎ Ensure of Accounts receivable and payable through ERP system.
∎ Liaison with the factory staff for collecting various types of accounting information for conducting regular work smoothly.
∎ Delivered various types of market related information from the account department to the field force and respective person.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ In The banking Sector: AGM, DGM, SVP, PO in any recognized bank will get priority.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounts, Audit , Commercial/ Export-Import, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax).
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACMA,CIMA,CMA,CPA
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Accounting, Accounting Software, Accounts, Cost & Management Accounting, and General Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
∎ Good Speaking English/Bengali.
∎ Should have Smart, Energetic and Hard working.
∎ Should have conversant with accounting software / ERP.
∎ Should have advance level knowledge on Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word.
