Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering (BUTEX) or any other reputed university.
∎ M.S. or higher education will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 100 % Honest in all aspect.
∎ Responsible for overall Fabrics & Dyeing Production, Decision making & quality control.
∎ To make planning for most production outcome in according to total order requirements with use of available resources. If needed frequent visit to the problematic zone within the process & gear up production according to the capacity.
∎ Responsible for daily production and should capable to supply 350-450 tons finish fabric monthly.
∎ Should have vast knowledge on man-made fiber, special chemical and technical knowledge about open width Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing.
∎ Increasing Efficiency, Productivity, maximum utilization of Man, Machine & Time, Optimizing Material, Modification of machine, Automation, Proper Administration & Supervision, Building up Fruitful Team etc.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated planning information and analysis.
∎ Should have vast knowledge about textile machinery and raw materials.
∎ Sound Knowledge of special dyes/chemical treatments for achieving long lasting and high fastness fabrics.
∎ Develop and Implement policy for avoid machine breakdown and maximize utilization of machine.
∎ Develop new Samples using new ideas, innovation and new Technology.
∎ Establishing SOP in each and every operation.
∎ Raw Material Sourcing.
∎ Organize, Conduct and facilitate technical training program as required.
∎ Advising Staffs, Providing Technical Support & Follow up progress.
∎ Working as a Team Player.
∎ Share new design, sample and technical ideas with management and sales team.
∎ Meeting with Buyers to brief technical status of any Fabric.
∎ Analyze Team Members Specialty & weakness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ At least 15 year(s) on which 3 to 5 years as GM/DGM position.
∎ Minimum 15 years working experiences in 100% compliance and export oriented Large knit Composite Industry.
∎ Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
