∎ B.Com.(Hon's), M. Com/MBA(Finance/Accounting) from any reputed university with CA(inter) ACA/ACMA/FCMA/FCA will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile, Spinning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To liaise and negotiate with Bank & Financial institutions for arranging fund to meet the overall funding requirements.
∎ To maintain the bank loans and proper loan utilization.
∎ To design and apply financial and management analysis continuously for bringing Excellency in project implementation with due priority to value for money.
∎ To liaise with DSE, CSE, BB, SEC and Ministries of Finance & Commerce.
∎ To develop project execution plan and manage the individual projects to ensures assigned projects are completed within scheduled time.
∎ To establish system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
∎ Sound knowledge in commercial, VAT, custom and bond.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in English both writing and speaking.
∎ 10 years experience in Textile/ Spinning mills.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to deal with top management.
