Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Public Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Public Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
∎ IBA, Dhaka University,Khulna University,Rajshahi University,University of Chittagong,IBA, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance Management, General Manager Compliance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead and supervise the entire Compliance Team of the Company.
∎ To direct, control and monitor the overall compliance activities of the Company.
∎ To ensure proper working environment inside and outside of the Factory.
∎ To ensure proper safety & security of the Company including its employees, products, assets and properties.
∎ To ensure appropriate quality of products of the Company.
∎ To perform all compliance audits and inspections of the Company including its all process & procedures.
∎ To coordinate and maintain a good relationship with all Compliance & Legal Agencies.
∎ To ensure proper coordination with all Departments of the Company.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence.
∎ Should have good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Compliance and its SOP.
∎ Should have team building capacity and strong leadership quality.
∎ Should be intelligent, skilled, courageous, bold in facing and tackling any unwanted / undesired situation of the Company independently.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on global COCs, Labor Laws and ILO Convention related to RMG & Sweater Business in Bangladesh.
Salary: Tk. 120000 - 150000 (Monthly)
