∎ CA/ACA/FCA/FCMA/CMA Qualified
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Financial Account, Tax, Vat related strategic advice to the management.
∎ Develop, Implement and ensure compliance of Tax & Vat Policy/Procedures.
∎ Ensure various documentation of Vat & Tax division and Tax Return for the Company.
∎ Hearing, Assessment, Appeal related all works, Industry Tribunal.
∎ Comply source Vat on supply and others appeal, Tribunal etc.
∎ Processing of the organization's taxations while observing the law and other regulations
∎ Development of a tax-saving strategy and optimizing respective procedures and adapting to the identified options
∎ Preparation of regular and external financial reports for the management and ensuring the documentation of all taxations
∎ keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the company.
∎ Providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings
∎ Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the company or compliance with legislation
∎ Keep liaison with NBR, Custom as well as other government and non-government authorities
∎ Any other assignment which may be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate must be fully conversant with Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting
∎ Knowledge of innovative Financing Structures and Funding Mechanisms will serve as an added advantage for the applicant
∎ Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skill
