Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good public relation and vast knowledge of prospective landowner.
∎ To communicate with the potential landowner and arrange meeting independently.
∎ To be target oriented.
∎ Have good stock of land reference in mid-level market.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Public Relation, Market Research

∎ Should be sound in basic Computer Application.
∎ He should be familiar regarding Land Law with different contemporary amendment of Government Regulation, like FAR.
