∎ Vivek is one of the leading Group of Companies of Bangladesh with strong presence since 2004 in Real Estate, Trading Business, Automobile & Charity Foundation. In view of our growing business needs, we need to hire the following position for Vivek Real Estate Ltd.`s immediately.
∎ JOB LOCATION:
∎ Dhaka (Corporate Head Office)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:
∎ Responsible for overall accounting, finance and revenue related matters.
∎ Responsible for collecting, posting and managing account payments.
∎ Provide necessary finance data/information to the Management as needed.
∎ Responsible for developing the Financial Audit Report in annual basis.
∎ Ensure internal Accounting, Auditing & Reporting Standards of the company.
∎ Preparing Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
∎ Design financial management system of the company.
∎ Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
∎ Maintain liaison with Banks and other financial institutions,
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales, outstanding, collection reports.
∎ Review monthly Balance sheet recognition, Bank recognition, Fixed assets schedule and ensure those reports are properly done before submitting to the higher authority.
∎ Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure.
∎ Projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants should have 07-10 years' experience in reputed Company or Construction companies.
∎ Real Estate experience must
∎ Must have Leadership, Analytical, Negotiation and Management skill
∎ Must have positive attitude towards to Management Strategy
Salary:
∎ Salary will be determined based upon the expertise & expriences of the candidate with atractive benefites packege will be provided as per company rules.
