∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strong management & technical skills to ensure proper implementation of all the project works according to master schedule and provide feedback
∎ Ability to co-ordinate with appropriate stakeholders like Land owners, project adjacent neighbors, local authorities etc.
∎ Regular monitoring of Project activities against targets & take corrective measures accordingly.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personnel to identify the issues to improve the quality of work & take initiative accordingly.
∎ Monitor proper utilization of project resources at site and ability to manage at least 4-5 projects at a time
∎ Ensure safety, health and environmental aspects of projects in accordance with company policies.
∎ Preparation of monthly/ weekly work program and progress report and attend meeting with client.
∎ Aware of all code of practices such as BNBC, ACI & others.
∎ Monitoring and ensure quality of all works like civil, electrical, plumbing, firefighting & others and provide necessary decisions to sites.
∎ Smooth coordination with corporate office construction management team.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Keep contact with Architect, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Plumbing Engineers.
∎ Prepare construction plan and probable budget of the projects.
∎ Preparing method statements of all the works / jobs with specifications of all the constituent items (materials, plants, tools etc.).
∎ Finding out ways for cost minimization and cost efficient material as well as work methods.
∎ Providing safety guidelines to all the workers, contractors, supervising staffs of the projects and taking proper measures to safeguard man, material, plant and machinery.
∎ Certify all running and final bills of contractors including certification of project material requisitions.
∎ Prepare, analyze and check the estimation of structural work.
∎ Rate analysis, making BOQ and preparing work order
∎ To take over pieces of vacant land with security guards from Legal and Land and fix a layout setting date and deploying contractors
∎ Preparing short estimate as well as detailed estimates for each item of works.
∎ Collecting copy of Landowner's Deed of Agreement, Project Brochure, Perspective views of the Building and list of Standard Features and Amenities made for the Project.
∎ Setting up wastage control management.
Salary:
∎ Salary will be determined based upon the expertise & expriences of the candidate with atractive benefites packege will be provided as per company rules.
