Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for handling the accounts & finance department of the manufacturing company independently.
∎ • Fully utilize the ERP software and design management reports to meet the requirement of company management.
∎ • Should have depth knowledge of all the latest laws of VAT, TAX , CUSTOMS etc. and ensure proper implementation of financial policies and procedures for the factory and head office.
∎ • Monitoring all statutory deduction like VAT , AIT , TDS and on time submission of return to RJSC , Income Tax , VAT.
∎ • Must Have communication ability with banks , financial institutes and insurance companies to meet up financial needs of company.
∎ • Monitoring day to day accounting , finance and banking related work regularly and monthly performance reporting.
∎ • Must have the ability of product coasting and product pricing to maximize company profit.
∎ • Material consumption , financial payment verification and financial planning.
∎ • Monitor LC related transaction and LC coasting.
∎ • Ensure different report related with plant which cover section wise wastage and capacity . production planning, factory overhead allocation, inventory and fixed assets management , material variance , utility consumption , manpower , department wise overhead and others .
∎ • Prepare documents for NBR hearing under supervision of our tax consultant.
∎ • Pre audit and post audit transactions.
∎ • Fraud investigation.
∎ • Risk assessment on key business activities and using this information to guide what to cover in audit.
∎ • Review of budgeting , cash flow and Financial forecasting.
∎ • Interpretation of financial statements and ratio analysis .
∎ • Financial forecasting and budgeting .
∎ • Assessment and evaluation of internal control system , preparation of detail work plan and methodology of accounting and auditing service.
∎ • Any other task assign by the management.
∎ • Ability to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 70000 (Monthly)
