Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in the field of Management/Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor customer, subordinate staffs, Sales, Product demand and give requirement of product to procurement team.
∎ To keep product accounts through ledger and integrated software.
∎ To be able to input daily sales in and out of the shop through software
∎ To be able to communicate in Bengali and English.
∎ To provide proper protocol (from every aspect) to the Customers.
∎ To Listen Customers discomfort and take day to day note.
∎ To perform jobs when & where assigned by the head office.
∎ To Implement & Monitor the System.
∎ To ensure the optimum level of Customer Satisfaction through the team.
∎ To ensure a one stop Customer Service through efficient Team Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ The candidates should have a minimum experience of 1- 2 years in running a shop equivalent to a super shop category.
∎ Knowing MS. Excel, Word, Sending & Receiving email.
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with keen attitude.

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)

∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Half of the salary) after completing one year.
