Experience:

• 1 to 2 years

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Valid and up-to-date BMDC registration.
• Post-graduate Trainee in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or related specialties.

• 1 to 2 years

• Prior experience in rural healthcare, community health programs, or NGO projects.
• Commitment to work in rural/semi-urban settings.
• Experience in handling emergencies in resource-constrained environments.
• Familiarity with telemedicine and digital health platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bangla (English an added advantage).

• Provide patient consultations, clinical examinations, and treatment with ethical and evidence-based practice.

• Supervise and guide diagnostic and clinical support staff for quality service delivery.

• Review and sign-off diagnostic reports, prescriptions, and referrals.

• Maintain patient records through the digital EMR system.

• Support preventive healthcare awareness and patient education initiatives.

• Handle basic emergency cases and coordinate timely referrals to higher facilities.

• Work closely with project management to strengthen referral networks and outreach programs.

• Uphold compliance with BMDC standards, medical ethics, and project guidelines.
