Oversee overall business operations, administration & sales.
Overall responsibility for general administrative operations ensuring smooth office functioning.
Develop and implement business strategies and policies
Coordinate with all departments for smooth operations
Monitor Sales, Accounts, Credit Realization,HR,Admin and project progress.
Supervise team performance and staff development
Prepare management reports and present to directors
Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
Supervise facilities management, utilities, accommodation, housekeeping, and support services
Work closely under Higher Management to prepare sales & marketing plan in collaboration with the sales & marketing department.
To monitor and control all over operational process in every department of the company.
Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies, SOPs, and control systems
Closely follow up the implementation operation of the plan in line with the sales & marketing plan as per the requirement of the Higher Management.
To monitor sales & daily operational target everyday & ensure the target has been achieved.
Ensure effective manpower planning, organizational structure and succession planning.
To check every section plan in order to achieve maximum sales & company goal.
Will have to remain always updated on every department status and be capable to provide any information regarding the status of daily operational process instantly.
To keep the responsible area neat, clean and in hygienic condition.
Analyze company capacity (materials and manpower) against company vison & mission to ensure 100% utilization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operational activities of the company. He will supervise and coordinate day to day operation, land development, administration, public relations, safety & security related job activities of the company.
Oversee Industrial Engineering (IE) teams to optimize line layouts and minimize bottlenecks in the sewing hall.
Ensure all production lines adhere to the required Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
Implement "Right First Time" (RFT) quality protocols to reduce rework and reject rates.
Maintain a office environment that meets standard corporate and social compliance standard.
