Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities – General Manager (GM)

  • Formulate and execute the company’s overall strategic business plan to ensure sustainable growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and monitor all functional departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations) to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and corporate governance standards.

  • Ensure financial performance, cost control, and operational efficiency.

  • Identify new business opportunities, investments, and market expansion scopes.

  • Supervise and evaluate performance of senior managers, ensuring proper accountability.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external agencies.

  • Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry platforms.

  • Provide regular business reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board/Chairman.

  • Maintain high professional standards, discipline, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibilities – National Sales Manager (NSM)

  • Design and implement national sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Lead, guide, and motivate regional sales managers and field force to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and expand dealer & distributor networks across the country.

  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports.

  • Ensure execution of promotional activities, product launches, and brand positioning.

  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews, training, and capacity building of the sales team.

  • Drive achievement of revenue growth, market share, and profitability targets.

  • Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth business execution.

  • Maintain effective relationships with key clients, dealers, and distributors.

  • Submit regular sales reports, market forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
