Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ IBA students will get extra privileges.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit, Dealer development, Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Tyre manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecasting, planning and managing sales to meet the organizational sales target of all kinds of light and heavy tyre.
∎ Gathering the information of customers, competitors and market to plan and execute sales strategies properly.
∎ Monitoring and supervising daily activities of the sales team and endowing with necessary guidelines.
∎ Analyzing market trends and recommending changes to market and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
∎ Analyzing and monitoring party wise sales, payments and dues and submitting monthly sales statement report.
∎ Solving various types of problems and complaints of both dealers and consumers.
∎ Identifying new business opportunity by selecting and engaging influentials, generating sales volume by increasing dealers, sub-dealers and stakeholders with the supervision of junior employees.
∎ Developing innovative, effective and attractive promotional activities for sales growth.
∎ Implementing marketing and sales strategy of the company products and oversee execution.
∎ Identifying opportunities and negotiating all marketing & sales relevant issues with distributors.
∎ Conducting market research for evaluating price for the new product launching and making sales & marketing plan & strategy to raise the sales volume.
∎ Any other task assign by the management time to time.

∎ Age at least 40 years
