Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): land Sales, Real Estate product, Real Estate Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
∎ Allocating budget resources, coordinating budget business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration process, hiring and training employees as per needed.
∎ Other responsibilities as per MANAGEMENT.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Experience in Real-Estate Housing Company as AGM level

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Incentives on Sales (katha wise), and other benefits etc as per company policy.
