∎ B.Sc. in Automobile Engineering from any reputed university is mandatory.
∎ MBA in any discipline specially in Marketing will be extra advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Sales,Marketing,Management,Brand Promotion
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, Inventory/ Store Management, Marketing, Market Research, Customer Service, Follow up Sales teams daily activities, Product Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Group of Companies, Importer, Transportation, Wholesale
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating, communicating and implementing the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction.
∎ The ideal candidate should have the overall knowledge about Electrical & Gasoline two/three wheeler vehicle import business, sales management, supply chain management, also need the knowledge about current global market of Electrical & Gasoline two/three wheeler vehicle.
∎ Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization.
∎ Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plan.
∎ Evaluating the success of the organization in reaching its goal.
∎ Representing the organization for civic and professional association responsibilities and activities in the local community, the state, and or at the national or international level.
∎ The GM motivates employees through incentive and recognition programs, and often directs the firm's functions and meeting.
∎ The GM formulates the company's budget to accomplish short-and long - term financial goals. He reviews sales statistics, financial statements that show profit and loss, and oversees production reports to ensure financial success of the organization.
∎ The ideal candidates should have adequate knowledge abut to sale Electrical & Gasoline two/three wheeler vehicle through the Dealer Channel/ Wholesale channel.
∎ To prepare, develop & implement various plans, policies to run the operations of the business.
∎ Forecast the sales & marketing of the business.
∎ To establish, set up & follow up the service center.
∎ Any other tasks as & when required or assign by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
