Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
∎ Provide company-wide leadership. Lead the development of the organization's long- and short-term strategies and manage overall operations.
∎ Setup overall business strategy with year on year revenue growth, set comprehensive goals for performance, design and implement business operations strategies, plans and procedures.
∎ Responsible for New Business Development in line with agreed annual business plans in the short-run and long run. He will responsible for Risk analysis and Business continuity management.
∎ Overall responsible to drive acquisition of new students and retaining current students to meet set annual revenue and profitability targets.
∎ Ensure build and maintain trusting relationships with student/parents, with key customers, clients to increase accelerate admissions, negotiate or approve agreements and contracts for the organization.
∎ Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of international admission process, international programs, oversees programs, activities, faculty affairs and academic support service
∎ Oversees and ensures compliance with standards of regulatory bodies in Bangladesh, delivery, and quality of outcomes and services. Establish/ensure compliance with policies in parallel.
∎ Recommend yearly budget for Board approval and manage the organization's resources within those budget guidelines according to current laws and regulations.
∎ Monitor the application and visa application process.
∎ Capable for resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other department, concerned parties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Experienced immigration consultant or education counselor who has a good command of English and good communication skills.
