Responsibilities & Context:

Cost-Budget Management

Provide the lead in Maintaining department cost budget as per the monthly/yearly allocation.

Drive budgeted manpower to optimize the usage of human resources.

Cost Drive and Minimization

Ensure the development and contribution of the cost drive projects in the entire organization through taking different cost minimizing initiatives eg NPT, CPA Cost, garment rejection, zero claim cost, rejects recovery cost et.

Take initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction with no claims.

Quality Control and Quality Assurance

Ensure all quality control and quality assurance process and procedures are well implemented and followed from Yarn receive to shipment.

Customer Standards and Acceptable Quality

Maintain all customer standards at FFL.

Achieve and maintain all Quality related KPI’s.

Floor Housekeeping and Compliance

Guide floor housekeeping & compliance.

Audit Score Securing

Secure QMS & Product Safety Audit Score.

New Methods Development

Study and develop new method for frequent quality failures

Ensuring 100% cap closing of non-compliance issues related to QA department

Implement business automation projects to ensure efficiency (eg QTS- Quality Tracking system, Problem Solving tracking system etc.)

Training and Development of Quality Team

Train and develop quality team on SOP’s, Process, & Procedures.

Make a succession plan and pick up the right/potential subordinates to transpose the experience/ education for future leaders.
