About the Company
We are a well-established garment manufacturing company supplying to leading international brands. For our new established factory we are seeking an experienced General Manager – Production to lead and optimize our end-to-end production activities

Job Summary
The GM – Production will be responsible for overseeing all production operations, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, high-quality standards, and compliance with safety and social standards. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and control all garment production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimal efficiency and quality.
- Lead production planning, capacity planning, and line balancing.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Control production costs, reduce wastage, and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with buyer requirements, labor laws, and factory audits.
- Develop, mentor, and manage production teams and department heads.
- Coordinate closely with Merchandising, QA, Maintenance, and Logistics teams.
- Prepare and present production reports to top management.
