∎ Graduation in any Discipline with adequate experience in Accessories Operations also be considered
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle production & marketing for Auto Carton, Poly, Elastic, Offset, Printing, All over printing, Hanger, Sewing Thread and others accessories
∎ Responsible to make sure all accessories been checked base on incoming inventory before delivery.
∎ Ability to execute production as per requirement with in target time and quality.
∎ To implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced
∎ On time record related to quality and setting up improvement action plans by analyzing the data & perform in-line inspection and the AQL levels as per standard.
∎ Must be able to look after the day to day production as per buyer requirements
∎ Have strong control over production team so that make production planning according to the shipment schedule
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to be good motivator and leadership over the production team.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ In depth knowledge on Production of Accessories Operations,
