Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/MBA/ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of handling the operation of 120 knitting lines and smoothly managing the employees/workers.
∎ Develop production and operational strategic plans and oversee its implementation to ensure maximum capacity and resource utilization of the production centers and sub-centers
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with all department for Garments manufacturing support and operation
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing for getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
∎ Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory/line balancing.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production target, achievement.
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
∎ Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide to the subordinates to take necessary corrective measures
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Specialized in knit items
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Strong leadership capability, self driven & team building efficiency.
∎ Strong technical knowledge on Industrial Engineering
∎ Detail knowledge on SMV calculation, Production, Shipment planning and Manpower estimation & Allocation per style.
