Educational Requirements:
∎ • MBA/ Graduate from any reputed university (Flexible for highly experienced person)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop production and operational strategic plans and oversee its implementation to ensure maximum capacity and resource utilization of the production centers and sub-centers
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Coordinate all department for smooth Garments manufacturing.
∎ • Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
∎ Setup the sewing line, check consumption, costing, and inventory/line balancing.
∎ Strictly follow up hourly production target, achievement, loss & profit.
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
∎ Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost.
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made an exportable stage.
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team.
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the Management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Specialized in knit item
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Dynamic, proactive, hard working & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Strong leadership capability, self driven & team building efficiency.
∎ Sound knowledge on current prices & rates of the garments industry.
∎ Sense of forecasting with rational reasons.
∎ Strong technical knowledge on Industrial Engineering
∎ Detail knowledge on SMV calculation, Production, Shipment planning and Manpower estimation & Allocation per style.
