Textile Engineer / Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology/ Any Bachelor Degree/ Equivalent Qualification in this field

• Only Male

• The applicants should have experience in the following knit garments industry mostly in Production, Planning & Quality.

• Operational knowledge on Cotton, PC, CVC, Heavy Fleece, Terry/Elastane etc.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Self-Driven, Strategic thinker, Good in communication, presentation, statistical & Analytical skills.

• Managing ability with problem solution & analytically skills.

• Good knowledge in Quality Department.

• Report producing for management and MIS.

• Must be very good in communicating in fluent English.

• Applicant should be well capable do deal with foreign customers.

• We are looking General Manager – Operation for Knit Oriented Garments.

• Maintain various documents (buyer wise, style wise, order wise).

• Candidate should be responsible for Operations.

• Follow-up factory efficiency.

• Find out the corrective measures and ensure implementation for smooth operation system.

• Oversee the day-to-day production, shipment monitoring, quality and operations.

• Capability to analyze financial report and garments Pre-costing and post-costing.

• Work closely with the Top Management to develop and deliver strategic plans and goals and identify risk, mitigating factors and potential opportunities for the future.

• To find out root causes of less production/rejection and take appropriate action to overcome the situation with production department.

• analytical ability for daily production achievement against capacity.

• To maintain daily turnover and profit loss analysis.

• Find out Garments SMV and consumption.

• Able to do modern and scientific machine layout.

• Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material to yield higher productivity.

• To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues.

• To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance Dept.

• Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made an exportable stage.

• Very Strong Knowledge on costing, pricing, sourcing of fabrics, accessories & any other material local & import.

• Regular monitoring of the production lines/factories to achieve for timely shipment.

• Develop, implement & manage the quality system of the Company.

• Implement the necessary quality controls to guarantee the final products meet the customer’s quality.

• Analyze the company’s quality KPI and upgrade based on the Buyer requirements.

• Review monthly KPI and communicate with concerned for improvements needed.
