Job Responsibilities:
∎ provide the order and solution of problems arising in day to day operational worth to the office team.
∎ Assemble the professional network of an office through relationships with candidate and other professionals.
∎ Regularly attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other buyer events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
∎ Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
∎ Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
∎ Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff does the same.
∎ Interviewing candidates for work visa and conducting profile checks to determine their suitability for worker.
∎ Responsible for recuritment, hiring, terminations and performance management of departmental employees.
∎ Manage the morale in the department by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employess, suppliers and customers.
∎ Develop and implement strategies around improving the financial performance of the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ 15000 to 50000
