• Lead and manage the Knitting & Finishing departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Plan and monitor the entire production flow, ensuring optimal capacity utilization.

• Resolve production-related issues across departments (Knitting, Linking, Quality, Finishing, etc.).

• Track daily production activities to ensure on-time shipment and efficiency targets.

• Introduce and implement advanced machinery and production technology.

• Coordinate with merchandising and planning teams for current and upcoming orders.

• Maintain seamless interdepartmental communication and resolve operational issues.

• Ensure high product quality and minimize alteration/rework costs.

• Monitor and control factory expenses and administrative costs.

• Conduct training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.

• Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, fire safety, and buyer-specific requirements.

• Supervise recruitment and workforce placement to ensure departmental needs are met.

• Address issues related to turnover, absenteeism, and employee grievances.

• Promote quality KPIs, AQL systems, and root-cause problem solving for continuous improvement.
