Responsibilities & Context:
∎ - Oversee the agency's daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
∎ - Manage and mentor a team of travel consultants, providing guidance and support.
∎ - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
∎ - Handle complex visa applications and ticketing issues, ensuring compliance with regulations.
∎ - Coordinate and curate personalized travel itineraries and tour packages.
∎ - Manage Hajj and Umrah bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
∎ - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
∎ - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
∎ - Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
∎ - Any other job assigned by the management.
