Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in Marketing from a reputed University/Institute, preferably with science background up to HSC level;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and monitor performances among 30 Diagnostics centers (independent business units) all over Bangladesh.
∎ Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
∎ Plan & Implement all Promotional & Communication activities, including development of communication materials, literatures, promo materials etc.
∎ Plans to sustain and increase patient referral from Info all centers.
∎ Continuous market monitoring and updating of marketing strategy and plans for optimum result.
∎ Run Sales programs & campaigns to generate new referrals.
∎ Bring out the best of branches' sales personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
∎ Heading complete Product Management portfolio along with PMD team.
∎ To design and implement digital marketing campaign.
∎ To create launch plans for new branches.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with reputed Hospital/Diagnostics center or pharmaceuticals company;
∎ Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali (verbal and written);
∎ Computer literacy and online communication ability.
