Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking full responsibility of Factory Administration including HR & Compliance.
∎ Creating policies set up for the organization & implement in effective way as required buyer’s Code of Conduct/Labor Law.
∎ Guiding Management and Employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating company’s service rules, policies, procedures methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
∎ Preparing and Managing Annual Budget, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management & Audits.
∎ Managing Wages, benefits, pay & allowances, settlement of employee pay & fixation as mentioned labor law/company act.
∎ Ensuring HR issues - plan, develop, recruit, train, maintain and lead a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
∎ Preparing, organizing & managing factory audits as per buyer’s social, ethical, environmental, technical, supply chain security & QMS requirement.
∎ Maintaining regular contacts with the concerned legal departments and ministries of the Govt. of Bangladesh, business partners, counterparts, commercial house etc.
∎ Preparing the factory fulfilling all the parameters demanded by ACCORD & ALLIANCE.
∎ Having experienced on health & safety issues covering fire safety, electrical safety & building safety.
∎ Maintain liaison with BGMEA, compliance auditors, fire service & civil defense, labor office, labor court as well as police station for smooth functioning of factory administration as the compliance demand.
∎ Preparing annual training calendar; ensure training are conducted as per schedule & effectiveness with proper documentation/register as demanded by the buyer’s Code of Conduct.
∎ Interacting with factory personals to develop awareness of compliance issues to achieve better compliance standard.
∎ Handle the legal issues related to company affairs as well as Labor Law.
∎ Ensure legal & compliance issues raised by the buyers part.
∎ Ensuring the implementation of compliance with regulatory or statutory laws, organization’s policies, top management’s expectations and Buyers’ COC/Global Compliance Principles.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly work schedule for the top Management.
∎ Executing of company's administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Controlling & supervising the entire logistic support for factory operations.
∎ Any other duties as and when entrusted by top Management.

∎ Age at least 45 years
