• 7 to 10 years of experience in the hospital/healthcare sector is required       

• The candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience, preferably in a reputable hospital or corporate healthcare facility, for the position of General Manager.     

• Must have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills·       

• Highly energetic and ambitious candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Advanced level PC skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Knowledge of Windows Operating System and MS outlook is essential).

• Leadership in Hospital Operations: Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure efficient functioning of all hospital departments, both clinical and non-clinical.

• Administrative Oversight: Supervise administrative units including HR, front office, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and general services to maintain seamless operations.

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and implement operational strategies to improve service quality, patient care, efficiency, and organizational growth.

• Compliance & Accreditation: Ensure full compliance with healthcare laws, government regulations, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, ISO, etc.).

• Financial & Resource Management: Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective operations.

• Patient Services & Satisfaction: Monitor patient care services, implement patient-centric initiatives, and handle grievances to ensure high levels of satisfaction and trust.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including doctors, vendors, partners, and government agencies.

•  Infrastructure & Facility Management: Ensure proper maintenance of hospital infrastructure, medical equipment, and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

• Crisis & Risk Management: Develop and oversee emergency preparedness plans, risk mitigation strategies, and ensure hospital readiness during critical situations.
