∎ At least 20 year(s)

Finance/ Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate, Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulation and implementation of applicable accounting policies and processes including accounting of transactions in the general ledger.
∎ Supervise and lead the accounting and finance department.
∎ Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
∎ Builds and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
∎ Oversees and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.
∎ Present financial issues to the finance committee for review and decision.
∎ Take necessary measures to meet short term and long term funding requirements of the company.
∎ Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities within the scope of treasury and cash management.
∎ Preparation of the quarterly and yearly budget of the company, variance analysis and actual cash flow reporting on monthly basis.
∎ Managing the corporate tax and VAT affairs of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience (10 years) in a similar role in Capital Market Industry.
∎ In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping.
∎ Hands-on experience with budgeting, risk and treasury management.
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
∎ Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software.
∎ Leadership abilities.
