Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Finance
∎ Having professional qualifications will get preference e.g., CA(CC)/ACCA/CMA (Partly Qualified). Candidates must have sound knowledge of Tally ERP 9 & Prime.
∎ Skills Required: Tally ERP 9 Prime

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager will be responsible for handling the accounts & Finance department of the manufacturing company independently.
∎ Conducting cost analysis including sound knowledge of cost accounting.
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to Income Tax, VAT, customs, joint stock, etc.
∎ To furnish all information & documents as required by the Company's Board of Directors.
∎ Should have depth knowledge of all the latest laws of VAT, Tax, Customs, etc., and Ensure proper implementation & functioning of financial policies & procedures for the factory & Head office.
∎ Oversee day-to-day accounts, invoices, cash management, and internal financial reporting.
∎ To lead the overall financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost, and profit analysis, assessing the risk of investments, etc. to achieve the company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Must have communication ability with banks, financial institutes, and insurance companies to meet up financial needs of the company.
∎ Monitor day-to-day accounting, finance, and banking-related work regularly & monthly performance reporting.
∎ Must have to have the ability of product costing, and product pricing to maximize company profit.
∎ Regular factory visit is a must as and when required.
∎ Material consumption, financial payment verification & financial planning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ At least 10 years experience (6 Years in a manufacturing company is mandatory).
∎ The candidate must have the following Professional Competencies:
∎ Progressive experience in the Accounts department preferably in a manufacturing company.
∎ Excellent knowledge of the English language, and ability to communicate with foreigners independently.
∎ Good knowledge of Tally ERP 09/ Tally Prime software is a must.
∎ Develop compliance processes and management leadership knowledge.
∎ Ability to correspond with banks and financial institutes to process credit lines etc.
∎ Prepare monthly/half-yearly/quarterly financial statements.
∎ Up-to-date monthly collection and area-wise target achievement report & Monitor all payment procedures.
∎ Oversees bank reconciliation statements.
∎ Supervise accounts receivable to minimize the aging of the outstanding balance.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively so as to meet simultaneous deadlines
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Perseverance and results orientation
∎ Precision and reliability; ability to work autonomously
∎ The candidate must have the ability for handling multiple manufacturing factory.
∎ The candidate must have the expertise on companies VAT & TAX.
∎ Selected candidates joining date will be on Mid July.
