Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Graduation/ Post Graduation (Marketing, Management or any discipline) from any reputed public/ private University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly marketing and sales plan.
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
∎ To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
∎ To ensure proper reporting system for the entire field force through which management remains informed about the field activities.
∎ To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
∎ To serve as a link between management and field forces by handling queries and resolving work.
∎ Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers, or any other activities and provide strategic guideline for tapping new market.
∎ To solve related problems as soon as possible. To physically visit the market and sale centers regularly.
∎ To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Management.
∎ To give daily report to Managing Director/ Director/ Chief Executive Officer regarding all key activities.
∎ Any other duty assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 15-20 year(s) in Trading Sector, especial priority will be given to those having practical operational/ marketing experience in the field of Coal, Wheat, Fertilizer, lentil etc.

Salary: Negotiable
