Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Accounting or Finance from a reputed university
∎ Must be a ACA/FCA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide leadership, direction and management of the accounting team of the group.
∎ To develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Well conversant in ERP software.
∎ To oversee the general accounting function, which includes payroll, billing/credit/A/R, A/P, Bank accounts and operations, book close, General Ledger Management, Inter-Company Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Balance Sheet Management of the entities.
∎ Ensure preparation of monthly, quarterly and annually preparation & presentation of Financial Statement of different entities of the Group.
∎ To develop, implement, and maintain internal control procedures to provide reasonable assurance that the assets are strongly safeguarded & protected.
∎ To ensure smooth functioning of cash management & payment procedures.
∎ To accounting research, manage the process for financial forecasting, prepare & submit Annual Budget.
∎ Must be well conversant with VAT, Tax & RJSC Rules Regulations & Guidelines
∎ Well conversant in IFRS, IAS & ISA.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years' experience in composite knit apparels industries.
∎ Experience in ERP Software mandatory.
∎ Experience in VAT & Taxation Law & practice
