- Banking related work experience will be preferable.
- Having experience in dealing business with government is preferable.
- Strong communication skill both written and Speaking.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
- Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/Purchase.
- Any commercial related task is given by the management.
- Responsible to maintain all commercial activities.
- Maintain good liaison with the buyers, suppliers, forwarders, and banks for completing the documentation on time to smooth export and import.
- Follow up on the commercial invoice, packing list, and detail-packing list for export.
- Prepare Export Bill or import invoice as per Sales Contract or L/C terms, submit to Banks, and negotiate/purchase.
- Negotiate with banks to get a preferential exchange rate for Import and Export.
- Make sure all company related documents and accounts are up to date i.e. Trade license, IRC, ERC, etc.
