Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting from a public/private university
∎ FCA is mandatory for being an eligible candidate

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and implement Strategic Business Policies, Protocol, and Standard Operating Procedure-SOP of Financial Aspect.
∎ Actively participate in the company's business planning process including new business to prepare the annual operation plan.
∎ Ensure financial planning for the Group and for the individual business unit.
∎ Preparation of quarterly and annual accounts of publicly listed companies.
∎ Expose financial operation, accounting & reporting, crafting and developing internal control system.
∎ Monitoring the day-to-day operations of the internal audit team as head of the internal audit team.
∎ While preparing the accounts (quarterly, half-yearly, and annually) of the company, he should be knowledgeable about the updates of the Companies Act 1994, Securities Law and compliance and tax and VAT Act, since the accounts of both listed and non-listed Companies have to be prepared.
∎ Define, design, and analyze the business processes and monitor cost and profitability statements.
∎ Actionize financial analysis for project profitability analysis, Investment Analysis, Segment profitability analysis, business forecasting, etc. applying management accounting technic.
∎ Developed and implement a system for controlling of wastage of raw materials.
∎ Planning for long-term and short-term capital requirements.
∎ Developing and implementing the system for Accounts Receivable management and accelerating the collection to release the cash from credit sales within the shortest possible time.
∎ Development of internal control system to minimize the opportunity for cash mishandling to safeguard the company's assets.
∎ Supervise, monitor, and control the assets management and movement.
∎ Oversee Corporate Taxation: Direct Tax and Indirect Tax.
∎ Timely submission of the return for CIT, WHT, and VAT.
∎ Comply with the provision of the Income Tax ordinance 1984, VAT Act 2012.
∎ Maintaining the books of accounts of VAT as applicable for the company.
∎ Dealing audit matters with the audit team in a routine manner to improve systems.
∎ Maintain and ensure integrity in an accounting system, ensuring it remains effective and operational at all times.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in implementing accounting ERP software.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Strong team building and leadership skills.
∎ Willing to work for extended hours.
∎ Must have strong leadership, qualities to supervise, lead, and guide the large professional Accounts & Finance team.
