∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Basic knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
∎ Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
∎ Basic Excel skills for financial modeling and data analysis.
∎ Understanding of payroll management and tax regulations.
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎
∎ Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
∎ Help prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets.
∎ Support the monitoring and management of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
∎ Assist in conducting regular financial audits and reconciliations.
∎ Help with the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.
∎ Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursements.
∎ Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions as needed.
∎ Provide support in financial analysis and insights to aid decision-making.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
∎ Collect cash and submit account statements to the head office on a daily basis.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts.
∎ Assist the finance team with various accounting tasks as needed.
