Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years.
∎ Knowing SAP ERP, Excel & PowerPoint will get preference.
∎ Candidates located in Gazipur or near Gazipur will get preference.
∎ Candidate should have knowladge about Quality management reports, budgetary control, capital expenditure, WCM, internal control, cost reduction, capital expenditure policy and guidelines..
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and control manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
∎ Analyze production costs and variances to optimize efficiency.
∎ Fully utilize the ERP software and design management reports to meet decision-makers requirements.
∎ Supervise and manage inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy in stock valuation.
∎ Implement systems for efficient tracking and control of raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Work closely with production teams to analyze the financial implications of manufacturing decisions.
∎ Provide cost analysis for new products or process improvements.
∎ Monitor the overall recording process, prepare Profit & Loss Account and Balance sheet Product Costing and ensure the recording of all purchases and relevant expenses.
∎ Ensure proper inventory record and monthly reconciliation with physical stock.
∎ Draw up budgetary control system and yearly budgets and develop monthly reports for budget control, review variances and analyse them after obtaining inputs from the department.
∎ Evaluate the major capital expenditure projects in line with the Company's capital expenditure policy and guidelines.
∎ Prepare regular financial reports specific to the factory's performance.
∎ Oversee cash flow within the factory, coordinating with procurement and production teams.
∎ Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying vital and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
