Experience:

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Power

• At least Master Degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting/ MBA (major in Finance/Accounting) from any recognized University. Professional Qualification such as CA/CMA will get preference.

• No third Division/Class at any stage of the academic career shall be acceptable. Candidates passed in the grading system must possess at least a GPA/CGPA 3.0 on a scale of 5.0 and GPA/CGPA 2.50 on a scale of 4.0.

• At least 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Power

• Age 50 to 57 years

• At least 5 (five) years of experience in the position not below the rank of DGM or equivalent in the field of Accounts/Finance in a reputed organization.

• At least 15 (fifteen) years of work experience in the relevant field in government/ semi-government/ autonomous/ renowned national/ multi-national organization.

• Must demonstrate strong participatory leadership ability.

• Must have strong communication skill in English (written & oral) including computer literacy.

• Age limit between 50 (fifty) years to 57 (fifty-seven) years as on 26.08.2025

• Grade - 03

• Basic Salary: Tk. 122,000/-

• House Rent: 60% of Basic Salary

• Transport Allowance: Full Time Car Facility.

• Medical Allowance: 10% of Basic Salary

• Festival Bonus: 02 Basic Salary.

• Provident Fund, Gratuity and Group Insurance as per Service Rules of the Company.
